Patrick does a fabulous job with repairs, product recommendations, installation, and clean up! The work area is left as clean if not cleaner than when he began! He put in our new HVAC system and redid a lot of our duct work that was not done correctly by the builder. He recently put in a new water heater for us and has worked on my mom's furnace, as well. Anyone who knows me knows that I am picky, and friend or no, I wouldn't use a company that wasn't good. He was also a huge help in getting all the rebates we could from CU and is knowledgeable about neighboring utilities' rebates
